Order Acceptance

Gift Card Policy

Exomodify gift cards are redeemable online only. They are non-refundable and treated like cash — lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. No expiration within legal limits; remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

Shipping & Stock Status

We aim for accurate stock and shipping info. In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Pre-orders show estimated dates. Shipping times are estimates; delays may occur. Out-of-stock items will be refunded or substituted with approval.

Curbside Pickup

Pickup is easy and contactless. Choose “Curbside Pickup” at checkout. Bring order confirmation and ID. Pick up within your scheduled window; unclaimed orders may be canceled.

Product Disclaimer

We aim for accurate product descriptions and images. Slight variations in color, fitment, or finish may occur. Follow manufacturer instructions for installation and use. Misuse voids warranty.

Product Warranty

Some of Exomodify products carry 2 months to 12 month warranty against defects depending on product. Covers manufacturer defects under normal use. Does not cover misuse, accidents, or improper installation. Submit proof of purchase and photos to support@exomodify.com for claims.

Damaged / Missing Items in Shipment

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, report within 3 days of delivery to support@exomodify.com. Include photos and order info. Keep packaging if needed. Approved claims will receive replacement or refund promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

At Exomodify, we want you to be happy with your buy. Returns and refunds are only for defective or shipping-damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery.
Steps to ask for a return or refund:
Report the defect or damage within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Wait for our email with Return Authorization instructions.
Approved items will be replaced or refunded promptly.
Non-defective items can not be returned.
